Light gold. Fresh lemon, pink grapefruit and pungent herb scents supported by underlying minerality. Concentrated, focused and deep, with strong citrus and apple skin flavors sharpened by quinine, tarragon and green tea. This gained weight with aeration but at no expense to the energetic citrus flavors. Strikes a nice balance of vivacity and power.
