(60% pinot noir and pinot meunier, with 40% chardonnay, with a dosage of 17.5 g/l; L2399HE:01700): Light yellow. Lemon curd, poached pear and melon on the emphatically fruity nose and palate. Supple and expansive, with a late note of citrus zest adding gentle lift. Sweet but lively Champagne with good finishing cling and a hint of toastiness.
