($25; done entirely in stainless steel; no malolactic fermentation) Very pale color. Notes of peach, smoke and flowers on the nose. Fat and estery in the mouth, with a flavor of fresh peach flesh. Broad and aromatic but quite dry. There should be more Napa Valley whites like this.
