2006 Certan Marzelle Pomerol

Red-ruby. Liqueur-like aromas of kirsch and mint. Fat, plump and sweet, but with firm minerality contributing energy to the lush black cherry and licorice flavors. This has charm for the vintage, and finishes ripe and gentle. Seems fuller than the 2004.
