90 Points | International Wine Cellar , December 2009

(L11961873B):  Light yellow-gold.  Aromas of candied citrus fruits, ripe pear, toasty lees and minerals, with a hint of musky herbs in the background.  Powerful, palate-staining orchard fruit and citrus flavors show a refreshing bitterness and are underscored by chalky minerals.  Closes nervy and dry, with excellent clarity and smoky persistence.
