Old World "Burgundian" PN

Fully decanted, this 2007 skillfully crafted offering from Oregon is a far cry from the run-of-the-mill California neo-fruit bomber PN's. This one is quite "different." Short dark fruit and earthen nose, earthy, lean but with very powerful cherry, berry and spice laden palate. Muted tannins on a bright mildly acidic finish. Better with light fare than as a party sipper. Recommended without hesitation.
