Green-tinged yellow. Fresh lemon and apple on the nose, with exotic licorice and dried flowers adding complexity. Taut, sharply focused apple and quince flavors are brightened by a jolt of lemon zest and firmed by juicy acids. This shows very good definition and finishing thrust.
