I'm relatively new to the wine-tasting game, but I love a great value. Unfortunately, it was only after recently returning from Argentina--and a week in Mendoza, no less--that I was introduced to Bonarda. This one, my first, a lovely garnet color, gives off a fresh, soapy smell. The taste is interesting--bold and spicy but smooth. Completely interesting for only ten bucks. Nice!
