($90) Ruby-red. Powerful dark berry and plum aromas are complicated by dried rose, licorice, espresso and cured meat. Fat and oily, with deeply concentrated blackberry and bitter cherry pit flavors, solid tannins and bright mineral lift. Youthfully taut but there's very impressive material and balance here.
