Opaque ruby. Smoky cherry and blueberry aromas are complicated by cured meat, roasted coffee and dried rose. Fine-grained tannins support fresh cherry and plum flavors, becoming sweeter with air. Finishes with palate-staining dark fruit flavors and outstanding length. Excellent balance here.
