($28) Pale yellow color. Fresh pineapple and yellow peach aromas are complicated by floral honey and dusty minerals. Fleshy and round, offering sweet, medium-bodied melon and pit fruit flavors. A supple, intensely fruity style with excellent finishing lift and precision. This would be great with lighter Thai dishes.
