($25) Pale green-yellow. Elegant aromas of nutmeg, grapefruit zest and flowers. Light to medium in body, with racy acidity framing the flavors of lemon, banana and elderflower. Refreshing and persistent. Makes a lovely summer sipper. Enjoy this over the next few years.
