($20) Pale green-yellow. Juicy grapefruit and a hint of banana on the nose. At once concentrated and elegant, with a refreshing acid structure contributing to the impression of finesse. Intense citrus, banana and apricot flavors remain vibrant and incredibly appetizing on the moderately long finish. Drink over the next five years.
