Bright ruby. Seductively perfumed nose offers spicy red berry and cherry scents along with Asian spices and incense. Open-knit red berry preserve flavors are gently lifted by soft acidity, and finish with a refreshingly bitter anise quality and excellent length. "This is meant to be drunk young," Lesec told me.
