Deep red. Ripe red berry and smoky mineral aromas are reminiscent of a New World pinot noir. Deeper cherry and blackcurrant on the palate, with firm tannins adding shape. Picks up sweet tobacco and herbal qualities on the focused and persistent finish.

I did not feel the wine had any distinguishing characteristcs. It was bland. Maybe it will get better, but it did not live up to the marketing review. It is certainly drinkable, but an average wine all around.
