Yellow-gold. Exotically perfumed nose offers smoky pit fruits and melon, accompanied by white flowers and minerals; this smells like viognier. Ripe peach and honeydew flavors are complicated by anise and a dusty, bitter quinine quality which carries into the finish. Impressively deep and complex, finishing with outstanding sappy cling.
