88 Points | International Wine Cellar , January/February 2009

($15) Bright red-ruby. Black raspberry, musky espresso and bitter chocolate. A step up in intensity and grip from the bonarda-syrah blend, but in a distinctly structured style, even a bit tough for a young cabernet in this price range. With its solid tannic spine and finishing spice, this is not at all a tutti-frutti style of cabernet.
