94 Points | Stephen Tanzer's IWC - March/April 2008

(95% yellow with 5% riesling) Thick, rich golden yellow. Highly complex and concentrated aromas of yellow rose, peach, mango, fig, date and mint. Wonderfully mouthcoating, with an extremely rich mouth-feel, this is a supersweet, creamy dessert wine redolent of ginger, cinnamon, yellow peach, apricot jam and candied mango. And yet bracing acidity keeps this magically lively on the palate and extends the finish. From 45-year-old vines.
