($268) Very ripe, deeply pitched aromas of yellow peach, truffle, hazelnut, flowers and marzipan, with a liqueur-like suggestion of mirabelle Then full and powerful but not heavy, with sound acidity and a suggestion of cut hay giving lift to the middle palate. More closed today than the Combettes.
