About Domaine Dujac
The story of Domaine Dujac began with the ambition of Jacques Seysses, the son of a biscuit manufacturer. Jacques never wanted to follow in his father's footsteps, however; his sights were set on making wine.
2006 Domaine Dujac Clos Saint-Denis
Producer: Domaine Dujac
Style: Red Wine
Grape Type: Pinot Noir
Origin: France
Region: Burgundy
Appellation: Cote de Nuits
94(+?) Points | International Wine Cellar , March/April 2009
($260) Bright, deep red. Knockout nose offers pure, delineated aromas of red berries, spices, minerals, rose petal and violet. A suave and spicy fruit bomb in the mouth, with a floral element perfuming the palate. This has even more density and volume than the superb 2007. Finishes wonderfully sappy and firm, with fine tannins dusting the palate. A Burgundy lover's wine.
