90(+?) Points | Stephen Tanzer's IWC - November/December 2008

($58) Medium red. Intensely floral bouquet offers spicy red berries, smoked meat and tangy orange peel. Energetic and juicy, with fresh, sweet raspberry and cherry flavors and silky texture. Becomes more tannic with air, finishing with good firmness and sappy persistence. Interesting stuff, and sure to reward a few years of patience.
