($40) Good full red. Complex nose melds cherry cola, raspberry, spicy underbrush, smoked meat and a whiff of earth. Supple, broad and spicy, with very good volume to its red fruit, earth and meat flavors. Quite Burgundian in style. Finishes pure and persistent, with notes of herbs and spices adding interest to the red fruits. This was vinified with 5% to 10% of its stems, notes Capiaux.
