($30) Light yellow. Peach, poached pear, lemon, honey and green tea on the nose. Dried orchard fruit flavors are firm and chewy, with subtle mineral accents carrying into the finish. Not giving up much today, and a touch hard-edged, but hints at some good material. Will this gain flesh with a bit of bottle age?
