About Bethel Heights Vineyard
A family operation through and through, this Willamette Valley vineyard has been run by the Casteel—Dudley—Webb family conglomerate since 1977. It’s a testament to the possibilities of cooperation that 11, yes 11, family members are currently co-owners of the vineyard. There is also a profound respect for the environment here. Ted Casteel, one of the vineyard’s founders, also co-founded the Low Input Viticulture and Enology certification program for sustainable viticulture.

($25) Light gold color. Leesy pear, melon and peach aromas are complicated by smoky oak spices and anise. Rich and supple, offering powerful orchard fruit flavors and suave spiciness. This complex wine gains weight on the finish but maintains energy and focus.
