(90% viura and 10% malvasia): Bright gold. Dried pear, melon, beeswax, chamomile and honey on the intensely perfumed nose. Deeply pitched orchard and citrus fruit flavors are sharpened by juicy acidity and complicated by notes of fresh fig and mace. Juicy, penetrating and spicy on the finish, which leaves mineral and orange pith notes behind. This wine should reward extended cellaring.
