($60) Vivid red. Spicy raspberry and cherry aromas are complemented by a suave floral quality. Open-knit red fruit flavors are framed by gentle tannins and pick up an intriguing spiciness on the back end. The floral note echoes through the long, sappy finish. Drink this before the Spirithouse.
