($50; 15.2% alcohol) Carnal aromas of truffle, smoke, licorice and mint. Fat and spicy, with good lift to the flavors of peach, pear nectar, flowers and licorice. For all its breadth and ripeness, this is distinctly dry, and a tad warm on the back.
