($36) Opaque purple. Powerfully scented nose offers ripe blackberry, blueberry, cured tobacco and espresso. Round, sappy and chewy, with velvety dark berry liqueur and sexy baking spice flavors. This turned a bit brooding with air but didn't completely shut down. Finishes with sweet blackcurrant and bitter cherry qualities and good grip. (JR)
