Not your father's chenin blanc

When I uncorked my first bottle of Indaba Chenin Blanc and poured a little into my glass, I knew that I was in for a very positive experience. Unlike some of the sweeter chenin blanc offerings, especially those of days gone by, Indaba's is a bit drier but with the characteristic flavor and body of a Vouvray. I enjoyed it slightly chilled, but this wonderful wine can easily be enjoyed at room temperature, where it will give you an even fuller olfactory experience.
