($25) Light yellow. Ripe casaba melon, peach and floral honey aromas display admirable focus and minerally restraint. Fleshy but firm, with juicy melon and pit fruit flavors framed by citrus zest and dusty minerality. Clings impressively, showing excellent finishing lift and thrust. This offers the concentration of a top Alsace rendition of the variety, with noteworthy elegance and focus.
