($25) Pale straw. Fresh tangerine and honeysuckle aromas are surprisingly low-key for this variety. Brisk, sharply focused citrus and yellow peach flavors offer a zesty kick of minerality and white pepper. Finishes with very good, gentle persistence and a note of tangerine. A pretty, understated style for this variety, and an excellent match for strong cheeses.
