($29) Light gold. Complex bouquet of fresh citrus, pear, green almond and candied ginger. Spicy, incisive lemon, lime and green apple flavors are complicated by ginger and wasabi nuances, picking up an exotic floral note on the back end. The sweet finish repeats the spice and floral notes.
