($47) Medium red. Deep, smoky aromas of dark berries and cherry, with a floral note adding complexity. Candied red and dark berry and lavender flavors stain the palate and are braced by a zesty mineral quality, which adds cut to the back end. Gains weight with air while maintaining energy, finishing with good sweet persistence.
