nice flavors of pear, mineral and lemon. i served it with the wrong food, but it was still good. Good now, but I think this will get better with time. laying down at least one bottle to experiment with time...

Awesome to drink now, but just wait two years. This bottling has a long track record of improving dramatically after two years in the bottle.
