88 Points | Stephen Tanzer's IWC - September/October 2008

($17; 100% albarino) Light yellow-gold. Meyer lemon and pear on the nose, with a deeper melon quality gaining strength with aeration. Fleshy honeydew and orchard fruit flavors are braced by gentle acidity, which gives lift to the finish. Gentler than this wine has been the last few years, with good finishing breadth and lingering sweetness.
