About Domaine William Fevre
Fevre was once good. Now it's great. In fact, the improvement of this house is one of the most exciting developments in Chablis in the past 20 years. The ownership of the Henriot family of Champagne, which also owns Bouchard Père et Fils in Beaune, has resulted in a striking transformation.

($75; domain bottling) Pale, green-tinged yellow. Lime peel and metallic minerality on the nose. Juicy, citric and firmly built, with strong crushed stone and oyster minerality contributing to the impression of sharp definition. Richer than the Vaulorent but not quite as complex as that wine. Finishes with lovely grip and length though.
