($53) Deep, glass-staining red. Wild, musky red fruit aromas are complicated by cured meat, tobacco and lavender. Broad on the palate, displaying deep blackberry and kirsch flavors, velvety texture and slow-building tannins. Nervy acidity adds surprising focus to the long, sweet finish.
