(inzolia and varieta Tasca blend) Straw gold. Refined, fragrant aromas of apple and apricot lifted by herbal, jasmine and flinty nuances. Medium in body, but with plenty of bright acidity giving lift and length to the fruit and herbal flavors. Finishes with an intriguing minerally, salty quality. This comes from the old vines of the Barbabietole vineyard located at roughly 2,200 feet above sea level as well as the newer Santa Tea vineyard.
