2007 Fonty's Pool Sauvignon Blanc/Semillon Pemberton

Pale straw. Lime peel and quinine aromas are complemented by sea salt and white flowers. Light in body, clean and brisk, with citrus flavors in need of a bit more flesh. An easy-drinking wine that finishes with gentle grip and decent persistence.
