($20) Ruby-red. Musky cherry and blackcurrant aromas, with slow-building tobacco and underbrush notes adding complexity. Medium-bodied dark berry and bitter cherry flavors turn a bit tart on the back end, with dusty tannins adding grip. Finishes with a slightly disjointed sweet/sour aspect, with an edge of cherry skin and good cling.
