($29; 100% tempranillo) Youthful purple. Cherry-vanilla, cola and baking spice aromas are a touch confectionery. Lush and sweet, with deep dark berry liqueur flavors and a strong vanilla overtone. Finishes broad and deep, with lingering candied red and dark berry flavors. Good material here but will it absorb the oak?
