About Domaine Yves Cuilleron
Yves Cuilleron is best known for boldly flavored, lush, round Condrieus, sometimes with a bit of residual sugar. Cuilleron has been backing away from the use of new oak in recent years. This Condrieu specialist also makes Côte-Rôtie and old-vine Saint-Joseph in a modern, oaky style. The whites from Saint-Joseph are made primarily from Marsanne. All of Cuilleron's white wines receive malolactic fermentation, increasing their creaminess and depth of flavor.

Expert Reviews
Light yellow. Pungent pear, peach and floral scents are deepened by sweet butter and honey. Light-bodied orchard fruit flavors are enlivened by a brisk citrus quality, with a subtle hint of thyme adding complexity. Graceful and very fresh, with brisk finishing minerality.
