88 Points | Stephen Tanzer's IWC - May/June 2009

($22) Pale yellow. Pungent grapefruit skin, lemon, musky herbs and fig on the soil-driven nose. Then supple and aromatic in the mouth, with citrus, melon and fig flavors and a firm vein of acidity leavening the wine's fat. Idiosyncratic but interesting sauvignon, finishing with attractive floral perfume.
