About Pascal Jolivet
This Loire Valley newcomer is best known for fruity, clean, suave négociant wines that are relatively supple and less pungent than many. In addition to working with purchased fruit, they now have 70 acres in Sancerre and Pouilly-Fume. Despite the newness of the producer, these wines are true to the traditional style of Loire Valley white wine.

Bright gold. Citrus, beeswax, ginger and wet rocks on the slightly saline nose. Plump, ripe and gently sweet, with good clarity and cut to the flavors of orange, pear and dusty minerals. A tactile, subtly sweet wine with a supple, slightly loose-knit finish.
