2007 Domaine Guy Roulot Bourgogne Aligote

Guy Roulot, the founder of the domain passed away in 1992, but it is now skillfully directed by his widow, son (Jean-Marc) and daughter (Michelle). Together, they craft supple, lush Meursaults that display the classic citrus fruit, butter and hazelnut characteristics of the village's wines. The bulk of Roulot's production comes from single-vineyard sites in Mersault that lack classified status, but demonstrate unique and compelling terroir all the same.
