($29) Light greenish-yellow color. Lemon and lime zest on the nose, with subtle, smoky lees and floral notes adding complexity. Gently chewy in texture, with moderately concentrated citrus and pear flavors given bite by bitter quinine on the back end. Strikes a nice balance of richness and energy, and offers very good finishing clarity and grip.
