($30; 11.5% alcohol) Light gold. Exotic bouquet of lime, lemon thyme, oregano and mineral scents. Light-bodied, chewy citrus flavors are complicated by succulent herbs and bitter quinine. Riper tangerine and pear notes emerge on the long, sappy finish.
