90 Points | Stephen Tanzer's IWC - September/October 2008

($29) Bright medium red. Smoky raspberry and candied cherry on the nose, with gentle floral and mineral scents adding interest. Sappy red berry flavors are unencumbered by tannins and gain power and sweetness on the back end. An alluring, seamless wine that reminded me of some richer New World pinots, but with more breadth and power. This is already very tasty.
