($20) Deep red. Spicy, brisk red berry and cherry aromas gain depth and power with air, taking a turn toward blackberry and cherry preserves. Silky tannins add grip to the youthful, slightly primary cherry and blackberry flavors, and dusty minerals give the wine a slight tangy edge. Finishes clean, with lingering sweetness.
