($16) Green-straw. Lime skin, anise and dusty minerals on the nose, plus a hint of baby aspirin. Citrus and talc flavors are gripping and refreshingly dry but a bit clipped. Clean, energetic lime and grapefruit flavors dominate the brisk finish. Is this just wound up today?
